The Puma series tractors offer a high-capacity, closed-center, pressure-flow compensating hydraulic system. The main implement pump is separate from the 17 gpm (65 Lpm) steering and services pump.
The standard main implement pump on the short wheelbase (SWB) Puma models, 150 and 165, delivers up to 26.5 gpm (100 Lpm) for a total flow of 43.6 gpm (165 Lpm)
The standard main implement pump on the long wheelbase (LWB) Puma models, 185-240, delivers up to 30 gpm (113 Lpm), with total a total flow of 47 gpm (178 Lpm)
An optional 39.6-gpm (150-Lpm) main pump is available on LWB models, increasing total tractor hydraulic flow to 56.6 gpm (216 Lpm)
